Newsletter signup stores an email, selected brand, cadence, consent time, signup page, and confirmation/unsubscribe timestamps. Status is pending, active, unsubscribed, or bounced. We do not store IP addresses. Double opt-in is required before a subscription is active. Confirmation and owner alerts send when a mail key is configured. Daily and weekly editions send only to confirmed subscribers when newsletters are enabled. Every edition includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell addresses.
